For one-way trips, the minimum coverage is 50 kilometers and 1.5 hours for all types of vehicles. The minimum cost for different vehicle types is as follows:
* Mini : ₹1,000
* Sedan: ₹1,100
* Etios: ₹1,150
* SUV: ₹1,450
* Innova: ₹1,500

For round trips, the minimum coverage is 100 kilometers and 3 hours for all types of vehicles. The minimum cost for different vehicle types is as follows:
* Mini : ₹1,550
* Sedan: ₹1,700
* Etios: ₹1,800
* SUV: ₹2,200
* Innova: ₹2,300

If the customer cancels the trip at least 3 hours before the start time, or if DialTaxi is unable to schedule a driver, the full amount will be refunded. However, if the customer cancels the trip within 3 hours of the start time, 10% of the total trip amount will not be refunded.

We understand luggages are not only suitcases. They are of different shapes and sizes. Table below is only indicative. Excess luggage charges, if any, will be at the discretion of driver. Kindly note, taxis are passenger vehicles only.

"One day" refers to a calendar day, starting from midnight 12:00 AM and ending at the next midnight 12:00 AM.
